Description
The finale of the Lagom Dinner Series is upon us and will include a wine pairing. Locals partners featured at the dinner are L'eft Bank Wine and Cold Climate Farms.
Dinner is served family style and consists of 4 courses. Hacienda will be featuring some tasty brews and wine will be available for purchase. Food and beer menu will be revealed prior to the event!

Cold Climate Farms is Sarah McCarty and Benjamin Blohoweak market gardening in Door County, Wisconsin. Cold Climate is a sustainable farm, run in an organic style utilizing organic and heirloom seeds, organic soil amendments, and features a variety of fruits and produce not commonly found throughout the County.
Lagom is a Swedish term with no direct English translation, but it can be loosely interpreted as a word to express a feeling of not too much, not too little, but just right. It is a term of comfort and feeling of content. Lagom Thursdays is just that - a comfortable and casual dining experience accompanied by just the right amount of food and flavor.
